Senior Jordan L. Wright will signed last week to play collegiate softball with Northwood University.  Jordan is a 4-year starter in the outfield for Poteet Softball.  She was a member of the 2009 State Semifinalist team.  During her career at Poteet she has received 2nd-Team and Honorable-Mention All-District Honors.

Jessi Black signs with Arkansas Tech

Jessi Black (SR) signed her National Letter of Intent to play college softball with Arkansas Tech, a Division II member of the Gulf South Conference, located in Russeville, Arkansas.
 
Jessi was recruited to play Second Base for the Golden Suns.  Jessi will be a 4 year lettermen.  She was a 2010 Texas Sports Writers Association 2nd Team All-State Utility Player and 15-4A Utility Player of the Year.  She was a member of the 2009 4A State-Semifinalists and 15-4A Honorable Mention as an Outfielder.  Jessi has been a three time recipient of the Poteet Softball "Hustle Award" and Team MVP.

MacKenzie Middlebrook will sign with the University of Texas at Dallas. She will sign at 12:00. MacKenzie is signing as a middle-infielder. She has been a 3-year starter for Poteet. MacKenzie was a 2010 First Team All-District.

Ashley Vasquez signs with Independence (Kansas) Community College

Ashley Vasquez will sign with Independence (Kansas) Community College. She will sign at 12:30. Ashley will play in the outfield. She was a 2010 15-4A Honorable Mention.
