| Rubella |
1 dose on or after the 1st birthday. Dose can be received up to (and including) 4 days before the birthday. |
| Varicella |

| Hepatitis A |
2 doses on or after 2nd birthday. Dose can be received up to (and including) 4 days before the birthday. |

3 doses. Third dose on or after 12 months -OR- 1 dose on or after 15 months. |
| Pneumococcal (PCV) |
2 doses on or after 12 months separated by 2 months -OR- 1 dose on or after 2 years of age. Dose can be received up to (and including) 4 days before the birthday. |
