Note from the principal:

February has arrived and that means our first STAAR test is just around the corner.  The results of the STAAR test not only reveal students' success with current grade level material, but the results also predict their success on future state assessments.  This is important because all students must pass STAAR to be eligible to graduate from high school.  Therefore, it is imperative that we work together to ensure every student's success on STAAR.  This means that the school, student, and parent must each do their part.  I would like to encourage you to communicate with your child's teacher to learn more about what you can do to help.  Thanks in advance for all the support and encouragement that I know your child receives.

Sincerely,

Kim Broadway, Ed. D.
