Introduction

The Civil Rights Movement of the 1960's and 1970's changed our nation in many ways.  Many important people and events emerged during this time period.

 

Assignment

Each student will choose a topic/person that was important during the Civil Rights movement of the 1960's and 1970's. After researching, the students will be required to write a research paper and give an oral presentation.
