Parents must have the following documents at the time of enrollment:
Proof of Residency Utility bill (water, gas, electric only) in the parent name or Typed Copy of rental lease for home or apartment (both parent and student must be listed on lease)
Student's Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Student's Social Security Card
Driver's License
Beginning of school year -- final report card from previous school indicating promotion or retention
