Enrollment Information

Parents need to provide the following documents when registering their children for school:

1. Driver License of parent

2. Current water, gas, electric utility bill in the parent name.
If leasing a home, you must have the original lease (with student and parent names listed under occupants) and a copy of the water utility.
If leasing an apartment, you must have an original copy of the lease (with student and parent names listed under occupants).

3. Birth certificate and social security card of the child

4. Immunization record (must be current)

5. Withdrawal form from the child's previous school

6. TAKS results
