Mission Statement The
Mission Statement of the organization shall be to provide a meaningful
and relevant paraprofessional staff development plan which addresses
and promotes the growth and self-improvement of all paraprofessional
employees so that individual professionalism is realized in a cohesive
work environment through progressive understanding of the paraprofessional's
role and relationship between the students, district and community.
