Installation of Officers

President Debbie Faires welcomed everyone and introduced Mr. Michael Coffey, Assistant Superintendent-Administrative Services. Mr. Coffey performed the installation ceremony for the MEPA 2008-2009 Installation of Officers. Paula is currently and has been his Senior Assistant for the past seven years.

The theme for 2008-2009 is "You are an Essential Piece" and the logo is four puzzle pieces. Each board member was called upon to add a puzzle piece, representing their office, to the MEPA picture. As the puzzle was completed, Mr. Coffey flipped the picture frame over showing the MEPA official logo and said, “MEPA is only complete when all of our pieces are inter-locked in place.  As always the MEPA picture is complete and clear."

Outgoing President Debbie Faires presented the new 2008-2009 MEPA President Paula Lambright with her President's Pin and gavel. Debbie Faires was presented with a western clock engraved with her name, year of service and her theme, "Walking with Integrity."

Your new officers for 2008-2009 are President-Paula Lambright, President Elect-Dianne Lemons, 1st Vice President Programs-Jennifer Lamb, 2nd Vice President Membership-Paula Hutchinson, Secretary-Sherry McCulloch, Treasurer-Diane Hogg, Historian-Nancy Beene and Parliamentarian-Debbie Faires.
