In-Season Sports Schedules

• Congratulations to Micah Krajca!
  He made the All-Region choir AND the All-Region Band, placing 1st chair in flute for region III. This meant that he was duel certified to attend the TMEA Area audition. He had to choose between choir and band, and decided to attend the Area audition for choir. He placed in the top choir with only a little over 200 other students in the state. Only 4 students were taken in that choir for our Area, which includes everywhere from Allen and Plano to Tyler and Greenville. He placed 3rd chair!
• Spoon & Sip Announcement: We are proud to announce the grand opening of Spoon and Sip on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. The Spoon and Sip breakfast menu will include a custom yogurt and oatmeal bar with a host of tasty toppings in addition to fresh lattes, teas and hot chocolate. Be sure to come try the Skeeter Sweet Tea which is our signature iced raspberry tea. Teachers and staff join us for an exclusive sip and see on Tuesday, February 14th. Spoon and Sip is located in the cafeteria and will be open during breakfast and lunch. Deliciousness in only a spoon and sip away.

• 5:00 P.M. BUS - Do you ride a bus?  Do you find it hard to attend tutoring in the afternoons because you have to catch the bus?  We have a solution! There is a 5:00 p.m. bus that drops off to the following locations:  Tisinger, AC New, Mackey, and Gentry.  There's only one catch!  Your tutoring teacher must give you a 5:00 p.m. bus pass to ride. 
• The booster club will be having a golf tournament in spring.  Stay tuned for more details!  Contact a booster club board member if you are interested in helping, sponsoring a hole or donating prizes!
