Attention MHS Parents: How to Get FREE College Hours
If you are the parent of a Mesquite High School student and would like to know how your student can earn college credit while still in high school, please plan to attend a meeting in the Mesquite High School Library on February 28th at 6:30 p.m. This credit can be earned through Dallas County Community College, and transferred to Texas public colleges and universities and some out-of-state and private colleges. Sharron Wagoner and Jason Torres from Eastfield Community College will be on hand to give you this valuable information and answer all your questions. Our Dual Credit program can earn qualified students college credit and high school credit at the same time – FREE!! It is also possible to earn up to 13 hours of college credit through our College Tech Prep program. When you add up the savings, you can see what a great benefit this would be for you and your MHS student. Please join us, Thursday evening, February 28th at 6:30 p.m. to learn more about this great opportunity.

We look forward to seeing you.
