A date approval form must be completed for any date that is not an MISD student. No tickets will be sold for any date that does not have prior approval or is over the age of 21. Forms are available in the front office.
Tickets MUST be purchased with CASH. No checks are allowed.
You MUST bring your school ID or another form of picture ID to purchase ticket.
Picture ID is also required to enter the Prom…ladies do not leave them in the car, at home, or in your purse.
Prom Dress Code must be followed
Further information will be given to students at school.
