Students are chosen by the assistant principals based on character, leadership, well-mannered and perhaps "turning things around." Students are rewarded with Chik-Fil-A or Sonic coupons, a certificated signed by the principals, a picture placed in the discipline office, a group photo appearing on the school website. Also, students chosen for the month help make announcements on the PA each day as an incentive.
