I'm thrilled to be teaching 5th grade at Motley Elementary! I'm now in my third year here at the Greatest School on the Planet. I moved to Texas a few years ago from Kansas after I graduated from the University of Kansas. Go Jayhawks! Last summer, I got married to my wonderful husband, Brian, who works in advertising. We live in Dallas with our Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog, Tex. When I'm not teaching and having fun in the classroom, I enjoy taking Tex to White Rock Lake, working out, reading, writing, trying new restaurants, traveling, and shopping.
