MESQUITE ISD TO HONOR ALUMNI MILITARY MEMBERS, VETS

If you are a Mesquite ISD graduate who served in the United States Armed Forces or are currently serving, we want to hear from you. For a fourth year, a special video tribute will air during the pre-game activities at the football games at Hanby and Memorial stadiums in honor of Veterans Day.

If you fit in this category, please send your photo in uniform with your name, high school, graduation year and military branch to Mesquite ISD Communications Coordinator Allison Lewallyn at alewallyn@mesquiteisd.

CULINARY ARTS STUDENTS GET SECOND INVITATION

Culinary arts students from three Mesquite ISD high schools participated in the Texas ProStart Student Collaboration Showcase at the Texas Association of School Boards and Texas Association of School Administrators Annual Conference. This is the second year students in MISD Culinary Arts Program cooked and served food at the Dallas Convention Center event.
