Mesquite ISD’s Director of Career and Technology, Judy Rollins, was recently voted as Outstanding Administrator for North Central Texas Technology Education Association for 2002-2003. Judy has been in education 33 years, 27 of which were at North Mesquite High School where she taught business. Judy has served as Director of Career and Technology for six years. The Board will present her with a certificate of recognition for her achievement.
