To recieve a final transcript after graduation for your college or yourself, pick up a form in the Counseling Center, fill it out, and turn it in along with $1 to Mrs. Fortenberry in the Registrar's office no later than May 17th.Former Students
Come in person and bring your drivers license, along with $1 for each one requested.If you cannot come in person, you must fax your drivers license along with your name, when you attended NMHS, and the fax number you would like it to be faxed back to or the address you want it mailed to.
