Poteet Orchestra Online Services
Dear Orchestra Parents,
The Poteet Orchestra now has a database that you can access through the internet. You, the parent, may access information by entering your student's ID, or by a password that you set up. This will allow you to view your child's information and to view important information such as rehearsals, concerts, trips etc. This may sound complicated, but its not. Follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Go to the web site: http://www.charmsmusic.com/
- Click the "Parents" tab in the upper left of the screen.
- Enter the school login: PoteetHSOrch (all one word).
- Enter the 8 digit student school ID.
You now have access to forms, your child's trip account, rehearsal chedules, and other important information.
I hope that you will take a few minutes to look at this really neat site. You may wish to bookmark the address for easier access. I hope this makes life a little simpler for you and your orchestra student.
