Meet Our Counselor *************** Krystal Freeman *************** Your counselor at Range Elementary is Ms.Krystal Freeman.. Ms. Freeman has been in education for twelve years. This will be her ninth year as a school counselor.
Our comprehensive
guidance/counseling program follows Texas Education Agency guidelines.

Range
Counseling Program
The counselor is only one member of the very important team that comes in contact with your child. The responsibilities of the counselor include:
• Assisting students in developing a positive self-esteem.
• Meeting with individual students or discussing concerns with small groups.
• Conduct classroom presentations every six weeks.
• Provide assistance to parents and teachers in the referral process for students with academic and psycho-social needs.
• Consult with teachers, staff, parents, and students regarding developmental needs of students.
