Get Your ID Scanned Early!

To secure the safety of your children, please remember that all visitors must check in at the office or have IDs scanned in advance to attend any of the events at the end of the year (Play Day, 5th Grade Promotion, Classroom Parties).

All students other than BJ Smith students (middle school or high school) must have their school ID.

You can come to the office any day between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm to get your ID scanned.

Kindergarten Registration

2012-2013

Monday - Friday (through June 1)

8:00am - 3:00pm

Parents must bring the following information:

*parent's proof of residency

*child's birth certificate

*child's social security card

*child's immunization record (up to date)

*parent's driver license or picture identification

This registration is for KINDERGARTEN only.
