Pirrung Elementary teachers recently held their first Fourth Grade Writing Camp.  The writing camp was designed to give students an opportunity to show off their writing talent, to gain confidence in their ability to succeed on TAKS Writing, and to have fun.

Students rotated through six different stations which allowed them to focus on both creative writing skills and grammar skills. Fourth graders were able to practice and share their creative voice as they responded to challenging story starters.
