BACKPACKS

They may be worn to and from school but will NOT be allowed in the classroom! Every backpack WILL BE PLACED IN THE STUDENT'S LOCKER DURING SCHOOL. This includes purses that look and are worn as backpacks as well. All athletic bags will also need to be placed in either a sports locker or regular locker. NO backpacks or athletic bags are allowed in the classroom!

Daily Schedule

Start time: 8:10

Dismissal Time: 6th Graders 3:20 FRONT of building

7th & 8th Graders 3:25 SIDE of building

Students NOT picked up by 3:45 will be escorted to front.

Morning Procedure

From 7:15am to 7:30am ALL students will report to the cafeteria.

7:30am BREAKFAST line is open and closes at 8:00am.

All other students will report to the following hallways if not eating breakfast:

6th Graders - 6th grade hallway

7th & 8th Graders - Cafeteria

ABSENT UPDATE: To report absences, parents should call 972-882-5690

Please remember that in an effort to secure our students' learning environment, we will NOT interrupt classes to deliver forgotten items to students (ie. assignments, projects, signed papers, lunch money). Students may stop by the office during class change to retrieve items; however, they must know to do so without a call from the front office. If lunch money is brought to the school, it will be delivered to the cafeteria and deposited directly into the students account (the student will NOT be notified by the office).

CELL PHONES . . . If a student has a cell phone taken up, you may only pay the $15 fee by check or cash in the EXACT amount to retrieve the cell phone. We will no longer be able to make change.
