Athletics

All boys who have signed up for athletics next year MUST turn in the following forms to Coach Aldridge by May 30, 2008, or they will not be scheduled into athletics for next year!

1.  UIL Pre-participation physical

2.  Athletic Emergency Care / Parent Release form (notarized)

3.  Shorts and T-shirt order form

These forms MUST be completed and turned in to Coach Aldridge by May 30, 2008, or the boy's name will be removed from 7th period athletics.
