• Congratulations to Mrs. Perez and Mrs. Warren-Teachers of the Month!!!!!!!!
  
• The West Mesquite Jazz Ensemble competed at the UTA Jazz Festival on Saturday, March 1st. They won 1st place in the 4A classification and also made history by being the first 4A group to win the Grand Champion award of the day by outscoring two 4A and ten 5A jazz ensembles. Jonathan Alvarado, Chandler Dear, Bassiru Kamara, Michael Kennedy, and Raphael Jones won outstanding musicianship awards.

• West Jackets:
  Jackets are available for teacher purchase. They are warm,
  comfortable, and make good spirit wear. The cost is approximately

  • Wednesday, April 30-11th grade Math
  • Thursday, May 1-9th grade Math, 10 & 11 grade Science

• Students not testing on any given day have late arrival at 12:30 and will report to 3rd period at that time.
