AYO helps us customize each student's Pre-K to 12 educational experience by discovering their natural talents or skills and their individual interests.
AYO uses technology instead of test scores to better understand a student’s capacities, strengths and weaknesses and to identify unique qualities and passions.
AYO helps us better identify, develop, excite and engage each student for optimal character development, personal satisfaction and success.
Xello is an online program designed to help students from elementary through high school explore their interests, develop skills, and plan for their future careers.
-
Elementary School: At the elementary level, Xello engages students with fun activities and lessons that introduce them to different careers and interests, helping them begin to discover what they enjoy and what they’re good at.
-
Middle School: As students enter middle school, Xello provides more in-depth tools for self-exploration, allowing them to connect their strengths and interests to potential career paths, set academic goals, and learn about different educational options.
-
High School: In high school, Xello supports students in making informed decisions about their post-secondary plans, whether they’re heading to college, trade school, or the workforce. The platform offers resources to build resumes, track goals, and explore scholarships and financial aid opportunities.
Xello equips students at every stage with the knowledge and confidence they need to plan for success beyond school.
