Introduction
The student is expected
to research and describe the history of chemistry and the
contributions of scientists. TEK: Chemistry 3E
Students will research
the contributions of one of the following scientists who helped
to develop the Atomic Theory: Aristotle, Democritus, Neils
Bohr, J.J. Thomson, Ernest Rutherford, John Dalton, and James
Chadwick. Included in the research will be biographical information,
education, accomplishments, and contributions to the Atomic
Theory.
The student will
create a full color visual of the individual's model/theory
of atomic structure and a
timeline of all
his accomplishments.
