Submitting Your Resignation or Retirement
Frontline Central: Employee Notice of Resignation/Retirement
Resignations and retirement notices must be submitted through Frontline. Use the following steps to submit the appropriate form:
- Log in to the Mesquite ISD Portal
- Select the Frontline icon and then Frontline Central
- Select My Forms > Forms I Can Start
- Select the proper form based on your employee type:
- Employees: Notice of Resignation/Retirement (Auxiliary Professionals/Auxiliary Employees)
- Employees: Notice of Resignation/Retirement (Paraprofessionals/Assistants)
- Employees: Notice of Resignation/Retirement (Professionals/Teachers)
- Employees may also upload/attach a personal resignation letter in the form.
- Upon employee submission, Supervisors will receive an email notification.
- Once Personnel Services has accepted the resignation, the employee will be emailed an acknowledgement letter through Frontline Central.
