MESQUITE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

For the projects listed above, the Superintendent of Schools for the Mesquite Independent School District will accept Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the projects noted until 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 15, 2007 in the Curriculum Building Conference Room, at 405 East Davis, Mesquite, Texas 75149.

Upon receipt, the District will open and read aloud all Proposals received. Each proposal will then be reviewed and evaluated to determine the “best value” for the school district based on the published selection criteria. The District will select a single Proposer with whom to negotiate a Construction Management at Risk Agreement. The review, evaluation and selection process will be a one step process. Final agreement is subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
