The Clothes Closet is operated and volunteered by the Mesquite ISD Council of PTAs, together with the Mesquite ISD of PTAs. They are supported by the Council's Annual PTA Founders Day Banquet and Silent auction. The staff works closely with Mesquite ISD through its Read Play Talk program by providing a Read Play Talk corner at the Clothes Closet.
