Current Bids and Proposals
Vendors must login to Mesquite ISD's e-bid system in order to view complete details about a current solicitation. Details include, but are not limited to, the deadline to respond, the deadline for questions, the scope of work and/or specifications, addenda to the solicitation (if any), how to respond, documents that must be completed, signed, and returned with a vendor's response, etc. Mesquite ISD advertises all bids in the Daily Commercial Record.

The Request for Proposals may be obtained beginning at noon on Thursday, April 16, 2026 by calling or emailing the Architect’s office or the School District. Sealed Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk for the two capital improvement projects listed above will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Mesquite ISD Service Center located at 800 E. Kearney Street, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
