Sara Cisneros exemplifies compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to serving others through her involvement across Mesquite ISD. An active member of the National Honor Society, Advanced Placement Club, and Peer Assistance and Leadership (PAL) program, she also serves as the boys' soccer manager, supporting the Wranglers both on and off the field.
Her dedication to health science has translated into real-world impact. When faced with a choking emergency involving her young niece, Sara relied on the life-saving skills she developed in her medical theory class, demonstrating courage, composure, and quick thinking in a critical moment. Guided by a strong desire to serve others and live with purpose, she has explored multiple paths within healthcare through her experiences in Mesquite ISD. What began as an interest in surgery has evolved into a passion for dentistry, where she hopes to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of others.
What's Next?
Sarah plans to attend Texas State University to study biology with minors in pre-dental studies and religious studies as she pursues a career in dentistry.
