If you answered yes to these questions, you may be the perfect candidate to join the next cohort of participants in Project LEAD, a unique learning opportunity provided by a collaboration between the City of Balch Springs, the City of Mesquite, and the Mesquite Independent School District.

Project LEAD is looking for motivated citizens interested in learning about leadership, growing as a civic leader and contributing to the growth of our cities and school district. Commitment to the 2024-25 Project LEAD class will require attendance at four different 90 minute learning sessions.

Class Dates:

• September 3, 2025 (at MISD)
• October 8, 2025 (at City)
• November 5, 2025 (at MISD)
• December 10, 2025 (at City)

Class Time:

• 6:30 - 8 PM
