Ready to boost your energy, feel your best, and make wellness a priority? Join the Mesquite ISD Wellness Program for $10/year and enjoy unlimited access to our fitness classes and benefits. Becoming a member is easy! Submit your registration form and payment to your Campus/Facility Wellness Representative or pay online.

2. Enter your Username (district ID#+LASTNAME)
3. Select your campus or administration
4. Select "Wellness"

Wellness forms/membership fees may be turned in to your Campus/Facility Wellness Representative at any time during the year.
