Remaining rooftop unit work is in progress. Earlier work also included completed electrical switchgear and fire sprinkler water line installation, along with ceiling improvements throughout most of the building.
Gray Elementary is nearing completion, with final mechanical and electrical work underway. Heating water equipment and low-voltage building controls continue, while the Area C fan coil unit and ceiling tile replacement have been completed. An architectural punch walk was also completed in August.
At Moss Elementary, crews continue work on boiler and pump piping. Electrical renovations, fan coil unit installation, and ceiling grid and tile replacement have been completed. The campus has also moved through an architectural punch walk.
