2024 SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM

Mesquite ISD will offer free nutritious meals this summer for kids 18 and younger. The Summer Food Service Program offers free breakfast and free lunch to any child. Children do not need to be part of Mesquite ISD to participate and no advance qualifications or registration required. All meals provided are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination during the meal service. 

Adults may purchase a breakfast for $2.00 and lunch for $5.00 only at the community sites listed. Please reference the list below to locate the participating campus and serving times nearest you. Signs will be posted around each campus with directions into the cafeterias, usual entrance is at the rear of the buildings.

ALL meals are served Monday – Thursday. No meals will be served Wednesday, June 19th or Thursday, July 4th

Summer Menu

The summer breakfast menu includes donuts, various types of whole grain cereals, cheese sticks, applesauce, fruit cups, fruit juices and milk. See below for the summer lunch menu. Please note, menus may change due to availability of a product.

MONDAY
Chicken Tenders, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable, Fruit and Milk

 

TUESDAY
Lasagna Roll with Garlic Knot, Buttered Carrots, Vegetable, Fruit and Milk

WEDNESDAY
Hamburger or Cheeseburger, Smile Fries, Vegetable, Fruit and Milk

THURSDAY
Pizza Boli, Steamed Corn, Vegetable, Fruit and Milk
