Long before listeners across the country knew him as “Tre-G” on the nationally syndicated DeDe in the Morning Show, Trelvis Giles was a quiet student at North Mesquite High School still finding his voice.

Today, the 2010 graduate is an on-air personality at K104, where his personality and humor reach listeners each morning. But the confidence listeners hear on the radio didn’t always come naturally. Giles’ path into broadcasting required him to step outside his comfort zone and pursue an interest that first caught his attention during his time in Mesquite ISD.

Now nearly a decade into his career at K104, Giles is using his voice beyond the microphone, connecting with communities across Dallas-Fort Worth and encouraging young people to pursue what interests them.
